How to find the video you're looking for?
The easiest way to navigate the site is using the menu bar at the top of every page on desktop and tablet, or in the hamburger menu on mobile.
Once you've selected your exam board, you'll be able to navigate to the area and subsequently topic page, where the videos and resources are hosted. From these pages you'll find learning checklists, practical videos, worked solutions and much more.
For past paper walkthroughs and livestreams, head to those pages from the top menu bar, or hamburger menu on mobile.
How to know if my Premium Plan is working?
Once you've purchased your Premium Plan, you'll have unlocked access to hundreds of additional videos and resources.
Once you're logged in to the Premium Plan account, you'll be able to view pages with the crown. An example of a Premium page is this. If you can view those videos, your Premium Plan is working.
If you're still unsure, navigate to your name in the top right corner of the site (or mobile menu) and click 'Premium Plan Subscription' to see your active plans.
I still see adverts for the Premium Plan after purchasing?
You may still see icons or promotions of the Premium Plan on selected pages of the site once you've purchased a Premium Plan. This is normal and can be ignored.
You'll know if you have an working and active Premium Plan if you can view pages like this, or can access content that is behind the paywall, signified by the crown.
How to make the most of my Premium Plan?
Your Premium Plan grants you access to every page on the site, which would have been previously locked behind a paywall.
We'd encourage you to use the menu navigation to explore the hundreds of pages across the site to watch videos, download resources and view the content that was previously locked. Usually symbolised with the crown.
How do I check or cancel my Premium Plan?
You can check you current Premium Plan status, account details and cancel your Premium Plan by clicking your name in the top left black box on the site (or in the hamburger menu on mobile).
You'll see you can reset your password or cancel any active plans. Make sure that you're logged into the account that you used to purchase the Premium Plan with, which is where your receipt will have been sent to as well.
Where can I find exam paper walkthroughs?
Exam paper walkthroughs can be found using our Past Paper Finder, linked in the top menu.
From that page, you can filter and sort the Past Papers and find buttons linking to the relevant pages on the site which contain the video walkthroughs.
Can I watch livestreams from this website?
Our livestreams are always streamed live to our YouTube channel, which you can find linked from the homepage or footer, or just search Physics Online on YouTube.
Our livestream schedule and previous livestreams can be found by clicking the 'Live' icon in the top menu, or whithin the hamburger menu on mobile.
